Our Outpost in Blogland
Bienvenido! Hello Friends and welcome to the Dan Zanes and Friends blog.
I am blessed to live in a wild and woolly world of inspiring singers, players, dancers, and creative people who work tirelessly to keep us all moving forward. Unless you spend a lot of time on my block, it would be difficult to get to know this crowd, their thoughts, jokes, social leanings, musical tastes, their outfits! It’s high time we established an outpost in blogland, opened the doors, and let you all in. Everyone around me has agreed to contribute in one way or another so let’s get this show on the road!
I'll start posting (click here) and let's see who comes along to add to the scrapbook...
Love,
Dan

Awesome, I can't wait to get to know your friends and family! Atha and Genevieve and I (some of us are under three) love your stuff, so we'll be sure to check in frequently.
While you're in the Southwest, have a tamale for me! Tis the season!
I am looking forward to reading your blog. My 4 year old & I adore your music (although right now he is getting his reggae groove on through Bam-Bam-Diddly) & I truly appreciate your views on the world around us.
Thanks.
Hello Dan,
Our family will be traveling from El Paso to the Rialto Theatre to see you for our second time on February 9th! We'd love to see you in Albuquerque, but, alas, it's a school day/night. How about a visit to El Paso soon? I've been a fan since the early Del Fuegos days! Keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to hearing "Colas". It's a great song. Sones Jarochos y sones Huestecos are favorite musical styles in our house. Here in El Paso, on Dia de los Muertos, I saw, and performed with the fantastic Son de Madera. Excellent group!
Take care,
Charles and Anneliese (age 7) Fensch
